CAYOSOFT PRODUCT LICENSING GUIDE

This Product Licensing Guide states the terms associated with licensing types of each Cayosoft product that you the “Subscriber” “Licensee” or “Customer” have purchased.

This Product Licensing Guide may be amended from time to time by Cayosoft, provided, however, that the terms and conditions of this Product Guide that are in existence as of the date Cayosoft accepts an order placed by Subscriber or Licensee or Customer shall apply to the specific Software referenced in such order regardless of any changes that are subsequently made to this Product Licensing Guide.
