Software Maintenance

For customers who purchased directly from Cayosoft

  • Customers holding a valid Subscription Agreement with a valid license key, will receive notification directly from Cayosoft to purchase a renewal before current maintenance expiration. (Unless specified by your subscription agreement)
  • Customers with an expired Perpetual License agreement will only be allowed to renew through a new Subscription Agreement.

For customers who purchased from an Authorized Partner

  • Customers who purchased from an Authorized Partner should contact that partner to purchase their renewal.
  • Customers holding a valid Subscription Agreement with a valid license key, will receive notification directly from Cayosoft to purchase a renewal before current maintenance expiration. (Unless specified by your subscription agreement)
  • Customers with an expired Perpetual License agreement will only be allowed to renew through a new Subscription Agreement.
