A practical example of Cayosoft supporting AI is helping administrators understand and control the identity impact of AI agents inside Microsoft 365. As Microsoft expands AI capabilities across the platform, customers are effectively managing a new class of non-human identities that can be created, assigned permissions, and changed over time.
Cayosoft Guardian brings Microsoft Entra Agent ID entities into existing identity threat detection and response workflows, so admins can see when agent identities are created, how permissions change, what actions they take, and where rollback may be needed if automation introduces risk.

This philosophy is embodied in our latest innovation: our first-of-its-kind patent filing for an AI-driven approach to Hybrid Active Directory Infrastructure Management. By leveraging Observational Change Data (OCD), to understand not only what changed across Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, but also operational and security context of that change.
OCD is the foundation upon which Cayosoft is building practical, responsible AI across our product portfolio. Because it captures the context behind identity change, not just the change itself, OCD gives our AI the trusted intelligence needed to deliver meaningful guidance, recommendations, and automation. This innovation will continue to unfold with each new product release as we expand AI capabilities in ways that strengthen security, improve resilience, and keep customers in control.
