Customer Success Associate

Who we need: Cayosoft’s Customer Success Team leads client communications, from onboarding to subscription renewal. We’re seeking a dynamic, articulate individual to enhance our team, ensuring continuous communication throughout the subscription life cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee new customer onboarding, providing essential collaboration details for Cayosoft.
- Work with management and sales for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and monitor their subscription journey.
- Record activities and update customer details in the Sales Force system.
- Maintain regular contact with customers for satisfaction.
- Guide customers to relevant Cayosoft resources.
- Forward customer concerns to management.
- Support conferences, handling related tasks.
- Help maintain the promotional product website.
- Undertake any assigned tasks to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Must know Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Energetic, positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with a professional and clear communication style.
- Proactive, highly motivated with a sense of ownership and urgency.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new concepts.
- Dedicated to personal growth and achieving success.
- Can handle multitasking in a dynamic setting with shifting priorities.
- Goal-oriented, consistently aiming to surpass targets.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills.
- Detail-oriented, especially in client communication.
- At least 2 years of proven experience.
Compensation
Base salary will comprise roughly 90% of Overall Target Earnings (OTE), while 10% of compensation will come from an incentive compensation plan which pays for performance against measurable objects on a monthly and/or quarterly basis. It is possible to earn above OTE based on exceeding elements of the incentive compensation plan.
Work Environment
This job primarily operates in an office environment.
