Technical Product Manager

We are a successful ISV vendor that delivers management and protection solutions for hybrid IT environments at medium and large enterprises. Our focus is Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and various on-premise services. We have a 6-year track record of growing customer base, increasing annual revenue and keeping 99% of customer retention.

We are looking for a talented person to design, develop and deliver great products with a focus on customer success, promoting user satisfaction.


  • Product Strategy and Vision:
    • Develop and articulate compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs.
  • Roadmap Planning:
    • Define and prioritize product features and initiatives, creating a clear roadmap that balances short-term and long-term goals.
  • Feature Development:
    • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
    • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure that the product backlog is prioritized and visible to all stakeholders
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
    • Translate insights into actionable product initiatives
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, support, technical documentation, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product goals and to gather continuous feedback
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and validate product direction
  • Product Performance Metrics:
    • Define and analyze key metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive product growth


  • Solid experience as a software engineer, or an IT engineer in a mid-size business or enterprise
  • Previous experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
  • Use of formal methods (traditional structured or Agile/iterative) for delivering new or enhanced applications, identify and communicating system development processes and developing work you’re doing associated with the respective phases of the lifecycle
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Verbal and written communication in English at an upper intermediate level
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to tackle issues, and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience, and judgment
  • Proficient knowledge of OS Windows, Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, Microsoft 365
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure / C# and PowerShell
