Summary:

As a Technical Evangelist at Cayosoft, you will be the face of our technology, bridging the gap between our software solutions and the technical community. You will play a key role in advocating for our products, building relationships with IT professionals and security professionals, and driving excitement around our innovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and Advocate: Elevate the visibility of our software products by demonstrating technical leadership in social media, industry conferences, partner events, workshops, webinars, and other public forums.
  • Community Engagement: Identify relevant influencers and communities, and actively engage with them to gather feedback and foster a positive ecosystem around our products.
  • Content Creation: Identify information gaps and develop compelling technical content, including tutorials, blog posts, newsletters, social media news, and case studies, that position us as industry experts and highlights the benefits and features of our products.
  • Product Feedback: Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to relay community feedback and contribute to the product development roadmap.
  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers and partners to understand their challenges and how our products can solve their problems, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct internal and external training sessions to educate customers and employees on the latest features and best practices.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to position our products effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in a technical role (e.g., systems engineering, security) with a deep understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune.
  • Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in creating technical documentation and content.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
  • A passion for technology and a strong desire to actively engage with the technical community.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, meetups, partner, and customer visits.

  • Classification: Exempt
  • Reports to: Chief Product Officer
  • Travel: 10-25%
  • Compensation: Commensurate with Experience
