About Cayosoft

Cayosoft is a pioneer in hybrid Active Directory management and patented Guardian Forest Recovery solutions, helping organizations stay secure, resilient, and operational during identity-related attacks and outages. Our mission is to empower enterprises and partners to simplify, secure, and recover their Microsoft environments at unprecedented speed.

As we expand our channel and alliance network, we’re looking for a Regional Channel & Technology Alliances Manager to drive partner growth and engagement across the Eastern U.S. This individual will build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners and regional technology alliances (including Microsoft and complementary security vendors) to accelerate Cayosoft’s market impact.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven channel leader who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, alliances, and sales execution. You’ll be the strategic connector between Cayosoft’s internal teams and our external partners, developing joint go-to-market initiatives, enabling partner success, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Partner Strategy: Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic resellers in the Eastern U.S., focusing on revenue growth, solution alignment, and marketing collaboration.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Partner closely with Cayosoft sales teams and partner sellers to create pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and win new enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Partner Enablement: Deliver impactful training, sales tools, and incentive programs to support success within the Cayosoft ADvantage Partner Program.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with partner executives to build long-term alignment, advocacy, and shared success.
  • Technology Alliances: Manage in-region relationships with Microsoft, ISVs, and security ecosystem partners that complement Cayosoft’s hybrid identity and recovery solutions.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with partners and alliances on field events, demand generation campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness and qualified leads.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of success in channel management, partner sales, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to grow reseller and regional partner revenue in the Eastern U.S.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft, Active Directory, and/or the identity and security ecosystem (highly preferred).
  • Executive presence with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across functions and organizations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, and marketing platforms.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%.
  • Preferred base: Bay area (CA), Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, or Las Vegas, NV—but open to other Eastern Seaboard locations for the right candidate.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

  • Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)

  • Remote-first culture with flexible work hours

  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of hybrid identity security and recovery
