Role Overview
As a New Business Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving net-new revenue by selling Cayosoft’s solutions into large enterprise accounts (1,500+ seats). You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outbound engagement to demo, negotiation, and close—while also leveraging channel partners and the Microsoft ecosystem to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities

Own and exceed a new business quota in assigned territory or vertical

Drive outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage new enterprise accounts

Build and manage a robust pipeline of net-new opportunities

Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and technical deep-dives with IT and security stakeholders

Collaborate with channel partners, Microsoft sellers, and internal teams to co-sell and expand reach

Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision timelines

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
5+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales

Proven success in new business development and prospecting-heavy roles

Experience selling into IT, InfoSec, or Compliance teams at organizations with 1,500+ users

Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365)

Background in identity management, security, or compliance software is a strong plus

Strong understanding of solution selling, value-based selling, and MEDDIC/BANT/Challenger methodologies

Self-starter with a growth mindset, high EQ, and strong executive presence
Bonus Points

Experience at companies like Okta, Microsoft, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or ServiceNow

Technical aptitude or certifications in IAM, Azure, or Microsoft 365

Experience working with channel partners, VARs, or the Microsoft Partner Network
