As we expand our channel and alliance network, we’re looking for a Regional Channel & Technology Alliances Manager to drive partner growth and engagement across the Eastern U.S. This individual will build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners and regional technology alliances (including Microsoft and complementary security vendors) to accelerate Cayosoft’s market impact.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned EMEA Sales Manager to lead our expansion into Europe, with a focus on Hybrid Active Directory (AD) environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the criticality of AD in enterprise infrastructure and has deep experience in AD management, monitoring, and recovery. You’ll be the first sales hire in the region, responsible for building pipeline, closing deals, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion
  • Launch and scale our sales presence across EMEA, starting with the UK and expanding into key markets like DACH and Benelux.
  • Define and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with our AD-focused solutions.
  • Sales Execution
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting enterprise IT and security teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline goals.
  • Partner Development
  • Leverage your network of IT resellers, VARs, and MSSPs to build a strong partner ecosystem.
  • Drive co-selling and joint marketing initiatives with key partners.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Engage with IT leaders, AD admins, and security stakeholders to understand their challenges in managing and securing hybrid AD environments.
  • Deliver compelling demos and articulate the value of our solutions in AD monitoring, threat detection, and rapid recovery.
  • Team Growth
  • Help shape the future EMEA sales team by contributing to hiring and onboarding as the region scales.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Active Directory, hybrid identity environments, or AD recovery solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling sales operations in new regions, ideally in EMEA.
  • Deep understanding of Hybrid AD architecture, common attack vectors, and operational challenges.
  • Strong network of channel partners and IT security influencers in the UK and broader EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
