Our Story
Cayosoft was founded with a clear mission: to solve the complex Microsoft hybrid infrastructure challenges that legacy solutions couldn’t. Founders Bob Bobel and Andrei Polevoi share deep roots in engineering and a passion for driving innovation through customer-focused solutions. They saw IT teams struggle with complexity, security, and control over Microsoft environments for years and knew there was a better way.
That vision became Cayosoft: a company built on innovation, determination, and a commitment to helping customers make IT operations easier and more reliable.
The name Cayosoft reflects our mission to empower organizations that have significant investments in Microsoft infrastructure. The word“Cayo” means “key” in Spanish, referring to a small island. It symbolizes how thousands of once-isolated customer IT environments are now securely connected to the Microsoft cloud.
