Cayosoft believes that software products should be simple and affordable. All of Cayosoft’s products are licensed according to the number of enabled user accounts. There is no separate charge for the number of people using the software, CPUs, nodes or servers. After you license Cayosoft’s products, you can have as many people in your organization use the software as you like without additional cost.
Access to New Features Included
Subscription customers are always given access to the latest functionality during the subscription period. Perpetual license customers are always given access to the latest functionality while a valid support and maintenance agreement is in place.

Subscription vs. Perpetual Licensing
Subscription licenses are 12 month time limited licenses that expire at the end of the subscription period. Perpetual licenses do not expire and you own them. Perpetual license owners are entitled to to upgrades and new features while support and maintenance agreements are in place.

Support & Maintenance
Subscription licenses include standard support. Perceptual licenses include the first year standard support and maintenance beginning on the purchase date and continue for 12 months. Subsequent yearly software maintenance is optional and amounts to 20% of the license purchase price. Premium support can be added for an additional cost.
