Inside Sales Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for calling and qualifying leads within an assigned territory.  Position is part-time to start with potential for full-time in the near term. This position will be located in the Westerville, OH area and will support our North American sales region. The required working hours will be 9am to 4pm Eastern on Tuesday’s, Wednesday and Thursdays,  .

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • One – three (1 -3) years inside sales experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calling and qualifying sales leads.
  • Maximizing coverage within an assigned region and penetrating organizations with Cayosoft products.
  • Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed.
  • Developing a solid knowledge of Cayosoft Software product capabilities and the benefits they provide to potential customers.
  • Providing forecasting and account opportunity as needed to inside and field Channel and Account Managers.
  • Updating and maintaining the Cayosoft CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Director.
